    Born and raised in a small Northern Ontario mining town gives me an appreciation for a community like Lloydminster. 

    The auto business has been the only business I've been in for all my professional life... Everything from detailing to management and everything in between so needless to say, I respect the tasks involved in all our departments.

    Being a self proclaimed workaholic leaves me little time for hobbies and pass-times, however I enjoy collecting/trading sports memorabilia and spending quality time with my wife Christina and two Boston Terriers... Benson and Winston.

    With Nissan Lloydminster, I started out being the Office Manager for 4 years, and then I moved on to being the Parts Manager.  After 4 years being away from a desk, I must say that I absolutely love interacting with customers!  

    I feel that the Parts department and Service department work very well together because  I dedicate myself to double-check all special parts orders.  I feel that it is an integral part of customer service to ensure every part is the right part, every time.  I have excellent knowledge of Nissan Car, SUV & Truck Parts and I can help assist anyone in choosing the right one.  

    If you are from out of town, I will ensure that you get a picture via email or fax - so you can see what you are getting.

  • Ian Lucas- "Tiny"

    I am a journeyman technician who has worked in the industry for 10 years, the last 5 of which has been with Nissan Lloydminster.  I am a MASTER TECHNICIAN within Nissan Canada, which includes an endless list of certifications - but in a nutshell I am really good at fixing everything, like hybrids, diesels.  Also, I do know  how to repair Toyota vehicles really well, as I have done some extensive training with that brand.  

    For me, customer service comes with fixing the vehicle right the first time.  I always drive it afterwards, depending if the repair effect the roadworthy aspect of the vehicle and I have a DOUBLE CHECKLIST with every vehicle - so if you happen to find a water bottle in your cupholder, that was why.

    If you have questions regarding a diesel repair on your Nissan, or any repair for that matter, or even questions on work that I did, please phone us and ask for Jamie.  I usually am working on a vehicle and think it's important that you don't wait on the phone for "Tiny"!

    I am a forth year apprentice and I am looking forward to getting my journeyman certification by late 2017.  I can look after most problems with any vehicle like air-conditioning, 4WD, and I am very diligent with my oil changes and multi-point inspections.  As a professional, I tend to believe my various levels of OCD help, but I test-drive all my work to ensure it's roadworthy, and I spend the necessary time on the vehicle, the time that the customer pays for.

    Detailer/Lot Attendant/Shuttle Driver

    If you can see the above job title, I am Nissan Lloydminster's go-to person when it comes to getting the job done.  All the vehicle photos you see on the website are taken by me, daily I shuttle customers back to their life outside of Nissan, and I ensure that the parts are delivered in a timely fashion everyday.  

    With my position, I believe that the best customer service I can give is to be a friendly person - especially because I am touching base with all our service customers who need a ride!  Also, I aim daily to take care of the Sales Department's needs - especially when it comes to detailing SOLD vehicles.
